I noticed there is a huge space on thre side where the word PROST is. Is Alain still looking for a main sponsor??

There's also nothing on the other big bucks billboard, inside the rear wing. Nice lines though.

Alain is definetely on the look-out for a main sponsor.
Yahoo!, Gauloises and Elf have left apparentely. Weird placement of the rear-numbering as well. In front of the rear wheel on the sidepod instead of on the side of the rearwing. Pick of the rear: Car is gorgeous though. Nicely worked out MP4/15 copy on the outside and Ferrari F2000 on the inside should bring surprising results. Combine that with the surprise Michelin will be and you'll see Alesi on the podium (or close) quite a few times this year ... at least I hope so. |

Nothing on the airbox, nothing on the sidepods, nothing on the front of the rear wing, nothing on the front wing end-plates. I just have a horrible feeling that this car ISN'T as good as many reckon and those fast times were an underweight car (like Arrows last year) and they were looking for sponsorship. Nice looking car and at least it should be reliable this year, but I remain unconvinced. Prove me wrong.....

It will be fast and Alesi will have the best season of his career making it give up everything it has to give. I hope Mazza has a notebook to keep track of what his elder teammate is doing, so he can continue the play in 2002.
The car looks funny without the cigarette advertising (now I won't have to learn to spell it) but I'm glad to see Yahoo gone. I never could see the sense in Prost having a sponsor that neither he nor Alesi could pronounce!) |

Nice looking car !! That red on side brings a new sensation.
I guess the guy on the right of Alain is Pedro isn't him ? With so few sponsors on the car, where is Parmalat ? Shouldn't they be with Pedro too ? |

And by the way... I thought ACER would be more present since it is partner of the team.

Hell that Prost looks good! In fact, it's probably the second best looking car on the grid after the Ferrari.
Ps - Gaston sure needs to lay off the pizza doesent he? |

Great looking car, very McLaren as Dino suggests. If the results come in early in the season, expect those sidepods to fill up.
I can't forget the way Gauloises and Gitanes used to look on that airbox. Gone are the illusion of Smokey Cafes, Pernod, Piaf and Baguettes. On the other hand, it looks like a racecar. |

Good point, Eero. I hope it's a darker blue in real life, too.
Alain looks happier than he has looked in years. Bless him. |

Boy, would I ever love the little guy to do well.
And the shade of blue...your soaking in it! Heavenly! Go Jean, "Has there ever been a Jean Alesi without heartburn mistaken for a fighting heart" "I'm not grimacing in menace, I'm in pain over here!" |
