Australian Brock Parkes has signed to ride for NCR Ducati in WSBK. He will replace Juan Borja and ride alongside Giovanni Bussei.
There are now 7 Australians in WSBK racing  Steve Martin has signed with Pirelli to race a Ducati to essentially test their new tyres. |

i originally thought that steve martin had signed to ride in the supersport class
 but this appears not to be the case according to the superbike entry list.i wish broc the best of luck, he is a young talented rider who would have gained a lot of experience in japan last year  looks like the australian sbk championship - besides shawn giles, will have a lot of young riders who are not household names racing - which is great, the new batch of young talented aussie riders are about to come through

If you include supersports and sidecars I think there are about 15 Australians. Not too bad
