autosprint says no SG and Kolles in 2010.

So F3 ES will have 17 cars max if HBR stays and Prema brings 3 cars etc.

Correct if I am wrong but now it's just ART, Mucke, Motorpark, Prema and Signature (only VW team)?

Yeah,i think that GP3 may have lost the fight for drivers in 2010 but they won the war against F3 euro.

I wonder how the drivers who got them selfs a seat feel now

the more teams quit, the lower the value of the Euroseries

maybe a new team could enter?

Easy job - this season i watched every f-master events except first two ones because of Rossi. And what?
12-14 cars are quite enought. I mean who cares ,anyone watched battles for P15 between HBR Cecotto jr. and Kolles/Tandy ? No, everyone watches only what happens in top3 or top8-10.

So if the cars number at finish more than 8-9 => not any problem.

hahaha you are more of a fan than me then, I watched a couple of IFM races this year and found them a waste of time. Seriously though I agree that in ES at the top it will be high class racing as usual. However, I also agree with RF1 Fan, it seems like F3ES will lose the war to GP3.

I think both ES F3 and GP3 are losers in 2010. Both will be lucky to get 1/2 grids due to the extreme budgets required. UK F3 would fair better only due to the low value of the £ if the organisers could get off their butts and release dates and bring in some more cost controls. F2 also seems to be getting more interest than expected, due to recession.

NADR, do you actually think that the ADAC will let their F3 go to ITR?

No

I mean't by the fact most f3 euro teams are changing to german f3 due to lower costs. Meaning more teams in german f3. I made a joke saying german f3 will take over f3 euroseries. I didn't actually mean it will take over, just a figure of speech.

But i don't think it's impossible since they can join the races partially. It reminded me the British F3 this year. They started the series with 18 cars, but end up in more than 20 cars.

Ok, NADR, but do you think that the ITR will let their F3 Euroseries fade away? In my opinion, the DTM package needs a (two?) decent formula support series.

No they i don't think so. But the problem F3 euroseries has is the money factor, they are asking for something like 700,000 euros for a season (drivers) and teams are paying something simular aswell. When you can't get drivers who have that budget the teams have to change series (like german f3, italian f3) where it is much cheaper to run.

But i think it will be an off year for f3 euroseries, but i can see 2011 get better again.

What do you mean by " Teams are paying something similar"

I imagine he means that there is not profit margin. It is costing 700k and that is what they are getting.

Yeah i mean't by the teams are paying the price. As it is costing the drivers a fortune to compete. Sorry about that.
