I think the issue here is that the Thursday and Friday are billed as Trade and Media only in all of the bumph; most people will not know about the 'gold card', which is why there was the misunderstanding.
I don't think allowing a small number of 'fans' in hurts, but clearly it IS a trade show first and foremost and therefore for the first couple of days the emphasis must be on trade. |

Problem resolved-seems it was an unexplained fault with my phone. Everyone said it must be their fault as I had got through to the number quoted,but I could not believe that they had not noticed no phone bookings in 2 weeks,and done something about it. Tried my mobile and got through first time. Goldcard booked -see you all Friday!
