So Bowyers car at Richmond was close, at New Hampshire it was over the limit. NASCAR's warning came to late.

The #33 team was found to be in violation of Sections 12-1 (actions detrimental to stock car racing)

Anywhere else (including outside of racing), a violation with this kind of terminology would mean this team/driver/person or whatever would be given the boot permanently. Not in nascar.

RCR claiming the 33 was out of tolerance b/c of being bumped after the race was over and say they will appeal, like that is going to do anything...
