WSBK round 11, oval racing in Germany

Not my favourite round of the WSBK championship. It's probably the track, I dont like it. Are there any good bike racing circuits in Germany???

Surly the Nurburgring GP circuit or Hockenheim. Both have all the F1 updates and should be safe enough. I don't care for rovals either. We have too many over here as it is.

Well, let's see if Haga can put his head down and make up some points on King James.

Yeah, rovals are pretty vile at the best of times. Lausitz is a depressing place thanks to its history too.

But it is good to have a motorcycling series where racing is allowed back on the TV this weekend.

Looks like it's going to be a swimmingcontest. The weather has been crap so far.

Surprise is that Biaggi was quickest in 2nd qualifying session under wet circumstances.

Haga Hero!

Fight between Biaggi and Corser was good! And what a safe he made, he could have dropped it so easely in the first corner.

JT was 8th or 9th (I couldn't wait that long for him to cross the finish line). He still has a comfortable lead in the wdc though!

Well at least the championship got a bit more interesting. Well done to Haga and Bayliss. But the track is definitely pants though...

Yeah, but he dropped to many times. I've said it before, I think the R6 has been as quick if not quicker than the CBR600, West showed it!

So then, 41 points between Haga and Toseland. Can Haga overhaul James?

Personally, I think Toseland is 'safe' but I'm hoping it will be decided during the 2nd round in France.
