Allen, it's French. Translated it says:

"Slt, don't be on your own. Join our team, number 17816. This team is the 3rd of the MVR teams. The 1st team finished 113th and the 2nd finished 126th out of over 2000 teams. If you make the grade, you'll be able to join the 2nd and then the 1st team.

The first team is 14195 and the second is 15661. We have three teams in order to compare which are the best adjustments, which will allow you to gain turns and track positions.

I hope to receive your application soon. NB. Answer me PLEASE."

It means

It appears some Frenchman is making fun of something??

My problem is Spanish. I keep getting sent lots of messages in Spanish, which I have no idea about.

Yeah, top of the Super-Subs.
All my teams are a little cash-heavy since I've been concentrating on the driver, which isn't nearly as expensive as the car.

Qualifying:
A. ferox 1:48.751 P2/3
A. atrox 1:50.325 P3/3
A. velox 1:50.491 P2/2

With some new go-fast bits before the race it should be good!
