Ollie actually got a good sequence of the incident and aftermath which is on the CD he sent to me - I'm sure if anyone else wants it he will be glad to supply (oliverread@yahoo.com I think).

Talking about pictures from the weekend, I am mighty confused by the picture in this week's Autosport. Now, FiftySix, Swift and Steve St Clair I recognise but how come there are three people in 2nd place on the podium.....Diz, explain and identify please......

Firstly verglas, are you mattray's dad?

L to R Sunday's Post86 race.
Phil Nelson Class C winner
Alan Pike [blue nose] Class A winner, 2nd overall
Mark Chadwick Class A 2nd and 4th overall
Steve Roberts [50 six] Class B winner, 1st overall
Steve StClair [Steve27] Class B 2nd and 3rd overall
David Bailey [swift] Class B 3rd and 5th overall

Just a friendly bunch of drivers who like having their pictures taken

Just got back from Oulton today and Ian Sowman already has practice reports, race reports and news snippets - with photos - on www.clubff1600.co.uk What a brilliant FF1600 website this is.

What a mega piccy. Did he use 'launch control' or was it just the turbo kicking in?

Superb.

ps - Is he on the way up or down?
