jon hopkins?

he finished at very end. Is he good?

still about 20 years old, results speak for themselves

Time will tell. He's still relatively young, but he proved himself in Suzuka with quite a good race in terrible conditions.

He'll get better with time.

He is riding 2 stroke yamaha. and we saw that the future would be on 4 at suzuka. Do you think manufactures will keep 2 stroke next year? already proved that 4 is better. John should switch to 4 soon althogh i don't know if his riding style fits 4.
he is not even 20 yet. he is in learning stage. hope yam is patient and gives him enough time.

By next year every manufacturer will be capable of supplying 4 strokes to every team currently contesting the MotoGP calender.

This year is seen as the transition year from 2 strokes to 4.

i wish the rules would let the 2 strokes stay even over a longer period of time rather than this year and next. they should give 2 stroke 4s a weight break and twins and tripples more displacement.

*enters far off day dream* id love to see a 600cc kr3 and hondas v5 duking it out up front for the win

hopkins did a few 600 races in ama on factory kitted bikes - ran inside top 10.....
