If a mysterious man walked up to and gave you a plane ticket and admission to any event in the world, which event would you like it to be??

I would have to say the Indy 500. OK i here you say that they're a bunch of no names, but im sure they would be as blurry as any of the big time drivers

It would be hard to pass up Monte Carlo, Spa, Nurburgring, or Melbourne for me. Any of these would do in a pinch.

Of the races held in the US I would love to make Long Beach or Laguna Seca the most. Road America falls into that list as well.

I've already been to mine

Goodwood Revival meeting. And it's happening again this year, too. Yippeee!

Any other dream ticket would have to involve a free pass to a time-machine. Nurburgring 1957....

I'm with Tim - gotta be Goodwood! Monaco is second just because that's the only way I'll ever get there.

The Belgian Grand Prix at Spa.

Though Nurburgring 1957 does sound very nice, TimD.

This may come as a surprise since I'm a totally addicted formula one fan, but I would love to fly into the States and visit a NASCAR race, any NASCAR race.
I just want to live the experience of sitting in the midst of a 200.000+ audience listening to the sounds of those big cars roaring around an oval.
In the meantime, I'll keep dreaming.

Interesting to see that Spa comes up as quite a few peoples choice.

Having been there, it is awesome....it's always going to be the first place I book up for the next season.

Monaco would be nice, just once.

Looking down that list Spa is a popular destination and so you can add me to that list. Spa is one circuit I definitely want to see!
So, do we start planning now for the ten-tenths trip to the 2001 Belgium GP

Today's speaking, firstly Spa F1, second placed Monza F1, and in the case of a time-machine, undoubtedly, any G.P. held at the Nürburgring Nordschleiffe...

I'm already booked at Le Mans for this year and will go again next year if I like it - it's certainly cheap enough - and plan to go to Spa next year too - before it disappears from the calendar.
