Dream team.

With the constant talk of who is going to be the next "big thing" and are "Murph", ''Rusty", Lowndes etc past it, i was curious as to everyones idea on the following.

If you were new to the game and had an open chequebook, had a 3 car team and had a plan to dominate the championship for the next 5 years, which drivers would you want onboard.

Easy one.

Whincup, Van Giz, and Moffat Jr.

Might even keep some spare change for S Richards, his teammate is the only car he doesn't seem to hit (at the moment anyway)

Why are you concentrating purely on drivers? You need to have a team behind them because the most brilliant drivers in the crappest cars will always end up RoG and spend every race getting in everyone else's way.

So I'll put my drivers - Whincup, Will Davison and van Gisbergen - with T8 and have Campbell Little as chief engineer.

Principal - Roland Dane. Like him or not, he's presided over the most competitive team of the last 6 years. Phenominal head of operations.

Engineering chief - Campbell Little

Drivers - 1. Jamie Whincup. Can't argue with 2 straight championships
2. James Courtney. Maturing into the logical challenger. (never thought I'd be prepared to put that out there, but there it is)
3. Jonathon Webb. I've thought very highly of him for a few years now, seeing his first couple of races I feel he's taking the right approach and will see DJR able to run a 3 ring circus. Hope he finds a sponsor real soon.

Whincup, Holdsworth & Ambrose, obviously would need a lot of wedge to prise Marcos away from Nascar seeing last year he allegedly earned 5 times that of any V8SC driver.
