Sun is out this morning and the forecast is decent.
Enjoyed yesterday despite the weather but a dry days racing would be better

All the Juniors did, from where we were at Vale.
GTSCC had a long SC and then a red flag, the latter due to a MG on it's roof at Club. Driver walked away.

Great fun in the Gemini yesterday (and you won't often hear me say that about a wet race) where the underperforming Ford lump didn't matter so much, unlike today in the dry when I was eaten alive on the start and trundled round for 20 mins getting in everyone's way, but nevertheless enjoying the exquisite handling. Win some, lose some!

Thank you again for the ticket Colin, and for showing how to overtake in the wet...

Firstly force your competitor to take the slippier inside line while you take the favoured outside one, hold the outside all the way through the corner and get the slingshot on the exit.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to study my wet technique, as amply demonstrated in the next race on the card

Much better day weatherwise and I was nearly warm on the Terrace at times this afternoon
Thankfully only one SC today, so the racing had fewer interuptions.

Some lovely cars out on track and the sound of the Lola T282 DFV was beautiful.

Will sort through the photos during the week.

Saturdays races were damp at best, later in the day very moist.
A sample from the 70s Roadsports and F Junior:

The Classic Jaguars seem to have upset the weather Gods this season, plus the first DBT + Classic F3 race:

Excellent weekend. Sort of " classic lite" really.
Where are all the spectators though?
