That first goal is implying them to be ready very early in 2012, but the second one however wasn't expressed with a date in mind (didn't sound like that at least), so IMO they're confident they're in for the middle/long term, and their Le Mans objectives are high but not hurryed over.

The 908 HDi FAP made its roll out in January as well and was ready to race by early April for the Monza LMS round.

The team was even less experienced with sports cars since there was no proven partner like Oreca. So I really don't see why it would be impossible for them to have the car ready for Sebring.
