As from today, Istanbul Park (or whatever it's called) is high up on my list as well. Very nice track indeed.

The old Pescara circuit in Italy and Watkins Glen are also great circuits. The old Interlagos was also great as is Cadwell Park and the full Clermont-Ferrand circuit.

Bathurst- Large evelation changes 200m. The long fast section from forest elbow to the cutting which is over 3 km long including Conrod (1.6 km) and Mountain (1.1 km) and the tight mountain section which has 14 corners in under 3 km. including the vert tight section from skyline to the dipper (Built 1937).

Spa- Eau Rogue explains it plus long history (First Raced 1920's).

Nurburgring Nordschleife- 20 km of pure hell. So long that the drivers lost forgot the racing line by the next lap. (Built 1920's)

Monza- Any circuit where you can get 340 km/h in 4 spots (Built 1922).

Indy Oval- Oldest surviving track. The fast average speeds obtain during the lap (Built 1909).

Spa and Road America for sure.
And Cleveland's temporary track around Burke Lakefront Airport.
But I've always had a special love for Michigan International.

I like the Cleveland layout too. I guess really any airport could produce a similar layout, but only really Cleveland has. It's the generally very wide, but very simple layout that does it.
I finally finished the Alex Zanardi autobiography while on holiday, and it turns out Cleveland was his favourite track on the CART calender, which is interesting.

Speed Demon should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Haven't posted here in ages, but seeing as I'm not currently watching the gP2 race from Spa live (thanks British Eurosport!) I thought I'd add my favourites.

I think my overall favourite is Virginia International Raceway's full Grand Prix course. It's fast, has some immensly challenging corners on it and seems to provide for good racing, with plenty of elevation change. I am a fan of Mount Panorama for the same reason. However, for sheer driving pleasure you can't beat the Nordschleife. I love Le Mans as well, as much as for the event than the track, although it is refreshingly different to many other courses.
