Well, i'm a bit against the thesis, that a Tilke track = a bad track.
Yes, they are similar, and that's what's bad - they make F1 more unvaried. But the tracks themselves are pretty great - alright, his changes on already existing tracks (Hockers, Nurburgring, Fuji) aren't great, but both Sepang, Shanghai and Sakhir are really really nice. |

As i said it doesnt necerserly make them bad tracks just similar !! just as you pointed out
But istanbul looks diffrent in the f1 section of 10/10ths somones called it a cross between interlagos and nurburgring .... so maybe there is hope ?? |

I think the Canberra V8 Supercar track of a few years ago takes the award for me. Truly dreadful.

San Jose, anyone? I'm a champcar fan, but that track is downright unforgivable.
