seems a bit silly and possibly redundant to have to add a rule limiting it those over 18 years of age.
as a sample there has only been (i believe) one person who has ever raced in F1 under the age of 18 and by all measures he is more than qualified. i am assuming this covers reserve and test drivers as well? |
