Colin McRae 2.0 - help the aged!
Here's the story. Replaced my pc and gave my Dad the old one, having rebuilt it first. I also passed on my steering wheel and a few games.
Dad's now bought CM2.0 because he liked it on mine, but he's not good enough, or interested enough to go through the full championships, he just wants to pick stages and rallies and play at it. I've seen cheat codes for unlocking tracks and cars, but can't make them work, and I don't have time to spend hours at his house beating them all again for him! Can anyone tell me how to put the cheat codes in for him? All help greatly appreciated. |

Thanks ASCII, but how to enter them? I've never managed to make them work, so I'm obviously something wrong.

Enter them as the driver name on the 'create new driver profile' screen. Once entered it should just return you to the 'create driver profile screen' and you can add another code in - repeat as required.
6R4 and 205 are best |

You'll need to give me your secret access code and i'll generate some codes for you (i think you can find that code in the secrets thingy in options).

BTW, maybe he and you can test CM 1.0, it is my favourite one in this series. If you pardon the comparative lesser graphics, the stages and the gameplay is great and it must be really cheap nowadays.
Particularly for your father, I think it's worth a look at it |

CM1 is great, but won't run on xp.
And I still haven't got the codes to work, but at least I now know how to delete the additional profiles! |
