STEALTHY should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid

I'm confused as to what gives you that assumption.

I dislike dirty driving, and Marcos is king of it. You're not allowed to 'push to pass' in this series, although marcos still thinks murph should have just let him pass at bathurst 05. Doesn't happen that way princess.

actually you have always been able to push to pass, hrt patented it in the late 90's.

figured you were a rick fan, becuase he is the opposite to marcos

We got in trouble last time we discussed that past bathurst event, so i'll leave that there.

I'm not an RK fan, infact i was a perkins fan, and find myself liking that team less and less now the Kellys have 'adopted' it.

Your argument was 'against' HRT, so that was a bad example on your part. Skaife was already completely next to ingall when contact was made, nothing like the murphy/ambrose thing... (having not seen the footage from 'much' earlier to see if skaife did indeed push him, i'll have to assume you're talking about the bit after the corner)

dude come on, you are smarter than that push to pass doesnt happen after the corner as you pointed out

there is a reason they were beside each other.. Push to Pass

irrelevant though. Murph is passed his championship use by date, but the people like him so he still gets to race

Ingalls tyres were 42 laps old, and Skaifes were 16 laps old, so Skaife being able to put his car where it was without a touch wouldn't be a far stretch.

But like i said, having not actually seen the previous corner (theres no footage of it) its no certainty. But thats what my opinion of it is

I've never lied before. so no i wont forgive you

its there for the public record, if you go back and watch the footage.

its just that most footage concentrates on the actual incident and not the lead up to it

at anypoint you are well aware that HRT used push to pass for many years, thats just one example

There is no footage from the telecast. A search on youtube revealed no amature footage of the incident from before the corner.

I dont know what you are on about. But every man is entitled to his opinion.

How many times over the last 5-6 years has Murph changed teams and gone on to say that the old team couldn't get things to work and now he is looking forward to getting back to the front of the field with the new team? And he's still waaay back there.
Past his prime? Yes. Useless, hmmm no. But I think desperation gets to him and he gets caught up in incidents.
Which is why he does well at Bathurst. It's an endurance event.
Notice the best enduro drivers (Le Mans etc) are often older, maybe ex F1. They still have natural pace, but have experience, they know to wait, pace themselves.

So, as far as V8s go. Yes, I think he is past his use by date.

Hey I see you guys dragged up the old Bathurst incident!
Tell you what, go view the over head footage.
Then view previous lines on previous laps.
Then ask yourself WTF was murph doin?
Murph is waaay to the inside of the normal line and hits Ambrose in the rear wheel.
Where or what was Ambrose supposed to do or go?
Watching the replays reminds me how much of an arrogant tool murphy is

Ambrose hit hurphy on the previous corner.

No way in hell i'd let someone hit me and then pass me either. Completely Ambroses fault!

Right, or maybe Murphy mucked up, missed a change or spun the wheels and got a slow wide exit. Ambrose got along side. Yes there was a touch, but it wasn't Ambrose pushing him wide.
Go have a good close look at the full replays.
Then tell me what you see.

Even if there was deliberate touching the previous corner. Does that make what Murphy did right?

As both one A Moffat and P Brock stated as the time - it was Murphy's fault.

And the bad karma has followed him ever since.
