hyphen should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
2010 Round 11 - German Grand Prix

I'm making my first trip to the Hockenheim track this wknd.
I was offered some tickets in the Mercedes Stand (offline), but always had the notion to sit in the Stadium area.
Is there a thread on preferred seating for Hockenheim F1?

Is there a reasonable possibility to view anything before Turn 17 from the Stadium? ...other than TV?

thanks,

_h

Sorry for the late reply.

I've only ever sat in the stadium. And then for DTM, not F1. It is a great amphitheatre to watch motorsport and feel the atmosphere. However I suspect you see more racing at the Mercedes-Benz stand. And you get a free piece of card to hold up to wish "Nico & Michael" good luck.

ticketing at Hockenheimring

thanks Adam, I took the safe bet and got a ticket in Sudtribune F where I saw the entry after Mercedes-Benz stand, Motodrom, Pit Entry, TVscreen, & the starting grid as well as a distant view of the Podium. We were able to run to catch the Champagne post race.
next F1 race for me is Monza unless I get to Spa.

ciao,

Excellent.

I have visited Monza, although not for a race. A very emotive place.
However, if you get the chance to go to Spa you must go. It is the best.
