That's no problem, because is the first time STC2000 is remaking the Buenos Aires 200 Kms. since 2011, after two years of street races in Buenos Aires. They have to restart a great project as they did for the first time back in 2004.
But good news for formula lovers is, that the TC2000 Buenos Aires street races gave ground for the Formula E events...

It's no problem but I would like to see some international drivers, like Muller, Coronel, Loeb, Thompson.

And of course local driver Pechito.

Argentina doesn't have the money to attract a Gold Coast 600 international grid.

The Buenos Aires 200km will be held this Sunday. Oddly, they will use the the number 8 layout.

That's probably true.

It's already remarkable the Argentinian car importers and sponsors car raise to budget to fund this professional championship.

I didn't watch the full race, but it seem very interesting, with plenty of rubbing.

At the end, during Lap 48 AgustÃ*n Canapino took the lead for a few meters, but Mauro Giallombardo dealt with it and retook quickly the pace before the lap ended, and leaded his Peugeot 408 - Radical V8 to the victory.

The Super TC2000 is racing this weekend at Termas de RÃ*o Hondo.

Peugeot scored a 1-2-3 in qualifying. Néstor Girolami is the polesitter with 1'43.9 lap, versus 1:43.7 by Pechito López on his Citroën C-Elysse WTCC in August.

Marc Márques got his MotoGp pole with a 1'37.6 lap.

This is a special Race of the Super TC 2000 with change of tires.
Two compounds of Pirelli tires are available. The hard compound of every race plus one soft only for this race. In the same way like F1 they must use the two tires type. In the qualifying almost all cars used soft tires.
The weather was very hot, the temperature in the track was 60 degrees.
I guess Super TC 2000 would have been more rapid than the WTCC with the same temperature as they race.

Facu Regalia confirmed that the Super TC 2000 may be his choice next year, if he does not get to drive in Europe. Super TC 2000 boss Pablo Peon has been trying to lure him to a series

Facundo Ardusso won the final round of the 2014 Argentinian Super TC 2000 Championship at Potrero de los Funes, his first win of the season, ahead of his Fiat team-mate Mariano Werner, but fourth place was enough for Peugeot’s Néstor Girolami to secure the 2014 drivers’ championship.

Lincoln has announced Mariano Werner as their first driver. He was 2nd en 2012, 3rd in 2010, 5th in 2012 and 6th in 2013 and 2014.
