Belguim ERC
Just got back from Belguim! the weather made for a most enjoyable and topsy turvy day regarding heats and finals,But Jernberg was the rain master.
Per Eklund won through the C and B finals to finish fourth in the A final at the end of the day a stonking drive if a little aggresive! but in the wet conditions it was hard not to be.. Subura of van mechelens was being guest driven by what i could make out from the commentator,my belguim is not that good but me thinks he should do rallycross full time whoever he was he was superb! and caused a stir at the start of the A final lining up to take Eklunds place! |

The Subaru was driven by Chris van Woensel, a local Mitsubishi Group N driver. But he has guest driven a few Rallycross rounds before... Still great results!

Dermot finished 18th after a non finish in the 2nd heat. Does anyone know what happened to Pat Doran ? I thought I had seen his name on the entry list.

Looks a wonderful entry.
Wish I was going and wish we could host a European round. Lets hope the Brits and the Irish give a good account of themselves and get back in one piece so that they are OK for Lydden the following weekend. |

Yep entry looks better than Belguim might have to dig out my union jack cheer our guys on.Im off early sunday morning 3 and half hr drive form my gaff including tunnel and im there for the start of practice. Cant wait
