1 i think is somewhere on 100000 usd average, depends on the team and team testing and team quality. in champ motorsports the good drivers pay less and the less good pay more and pay part of good drivers budget

is it possible at age 25-6 to get in to RDD Program IFyou really really good ?

or if you really good is there a chance to find sponsor to next level like Renualt 3.5 ?

or it all about the money not metter how good you are ?

25-26 impossible to get into RDD..too old, no matter how good you are.

If you are really good, it should be possible to find a sponsor even at 25 but you got to be good and market yourself, have some connections, and bring some value to sponsors.

Yet most of the time money has a lot of say in a career...

As for the costs in Asia, I would say Lam Pak is a little optimistic when he talks USD: practice day in Zhuhai around 1000 EUR. Season depends on teams but you should get a top team at 80 000 EUR. And costs of living in Asia, China is definitely cheaper than Macau/HK (i know for a fact I have lived in the three places).
