Silverstone FIA-GT

Rather rude to ask, as I'm not a marshal, but I will be there working (as a photographer). I was wondering if anyone knows if there will be camping facilities available at the circuit for marshals (and photographers, usually they let us types in aswell), and what they may entail.

Also who's going to be there in orange? No doubt I'll bump into you at some point during the weekend...

Grandslammer should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
I'll be there, flagging in orange ,my BOBS perished some years ago, although I've kept them for sentimental value .
Haven't had any passes/finals as yet but camping is 'normally' by the Copse runway area.
I'll be slumming it again in a T/lodge,(special offer ).

OK, that's great! What sort of facilities are there? Don't get too close to me though, last weekend at Oulton I set fire to my stove. Fortunately it wasn't inside the tent!

See you there.

Surely setting fire to your stove makes cooking easier Mike...? Cold gas doesn't do much.

I don't know if they'll have any extra facilities, but if you want a shower they're in the back of the uber loos by the petrol station/paddock, and the loos on the runway should be open. Bar should also be open after the finish!

Well, I will be allowed into the main paddock anyway, but I think early would be advisable, I doubt Mr Ratel would appreciate me wandering around with a towel, whilst he's entertaining his corporate guests...
