Minicross and S/Hatch pay a cheaper entry fee, which does not include any TV courage.

How many people do you now arrive in the morning on race day not knowing anybody and do better?

The conditions in practice were crap , finished 3rd in her first heat
spun out of a quick time in heat 2 and had a back row start in heat 3!
and was 11th overall.

Vicki may of been on the second row for the final but wasnt she in 3rd before the first corner?

Perhaps you can .Come along and prove me wrong , just pay me and we can see

PS Damage is is extra.

She hadn't even seen the car before the day, let only driven it!
I thought she did really really well against people who drive their cars at every meeting we do!

Me thinks the RSS is coming to an end after seeing the programme. Terrible entry, small crowd and to add insult to injury Evans doesnt even put a courtesy call to say he's not competing.

Last call on this... everyone get together and put one super championship together..please

That sounds a much better idea. There are only just about enough rallycross cars for one championship let alone two!

As i asked earlier how much are the entry fees for the cars on tv??

It was the best RSS entry yet not including the Superprix!

Tony Bardy let them know Evans wasn't compeating. We knew there were to be no Tony Bardy Cars there!!

Perhaps if you friend came along to the meeting he may of had a different
impression!
Alot more cars than on TV. If you remember SKY showed the s/h and minicross later in the own show of 30mins , that more than the BRITISH
gets in a season with all the meetings added together!

As for RIP RSS !
Weather was s..t for most of the day and people arent going to bring there families out to get p..s on.
Only die hard fans will . Any race meeting suffers if such conditions just ask
J.P at Brands after the world touring car round.

Well unfortunately both RSS events so far this season have been the victims of bad weather. Nothing anyone can do about that. However I've enjoyed what I've seen so far - good mix of cars and types. The Super National races at Lydden were terrific.

I thought the programme on Sky was rather good but as others have said, there's only half an hour to capture the best of.

Well the official press release the day after Lydden from the RSS contradicts that.

"Rallycross Promoters Ltd could not confirm the reason for the absence of Christopher Evans from the event, as no notification had been received from the driver"

Thats saying they didn't know why!
Can you imagine Dermot ringing to confirm he wouldn't be there, surly he would leave it to Julian!

Oh I dont know maybe your right lol!

RXfan should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
I was at the meeting but not fortunate enough yet to see the Sky coverage. The thing i find most irritating with RSS meetings is the amount of non starters they seem to get.Whos fault this is i dont know but from comments made here it was fairly clear that Binks Mini was'nt going to be ready for one.Over a third of the top 2 classes entry were non starters, this has to be more than just a coincedence. I love rallycross and would have gone whatever the weather or entry but i do not like to be mislead. You have to remember that the 2 BRC rounds are on dates that have not changed for as long as i can remember, so this will always help to get a big crowd. As for VBH i thought she got better and better as the day went on and she should be encouraged to give it another go, and therefore giving our sport more publicity.

I could be wrong , and i'm sure someone will tell me if i am,but doesn't everyone pay £10 from the entry fee towards tv coverage?
If so minis and stock hatch should get a rebate based on the last prime time showing!!!!
