PCR livery

The PCR cars have been designed by Simon Wills and his http://www.dzignfx.com.au/ company.

I think that's a concept. I've seen about three different PCR cars, so I'll wait until PCR offically releases their '09 cars.

Well if Auto Fiction and especially Willsy are to be believed then you are looking at it.

From what Willsy has said this is the final design, yes there have been a few different versions of the design but that is how a design evolves. Originally Wilson wanted to keep the PCR/Glenfords colours but then decided against it as everyone seems to be running that combo, they then did the colour combo seen in V8X but with the change in Branding for the #333 came the final design seen here.

Another interesting tidbit is that the bonnet sponsor is allegedly to be rotated during the year... so the predominantly Doric Products branding, may become Cowdroy or Actron Air or another sponsor at different rounds...

Interesting the "HamiltON" sponsorship appearing... does this mean it's gone from TKR?

The AA/MeN articles have suggested that is the case

I'm not quite sure how green fits in with the Wilson Security corporate colours... But it works!

unfourtunatley no, it was given the flick , I remember some crap about it, but GTR, PECKSTAR may confirm the reason we dont see it anymore. THe only reason I don't remember the exact details, was because V8's was becoming dull as Batp##. and I lost interest, I am sure they can post the reason.

cheers

Presumably there is no mechanical reason for a bonnet bulge in the FG as the racing engine does not appear to need the space... although there may be a marketing reason from the Ford side as well..

The FG racecar on display at 888 workshop has the bonnet bulge so we'll have to wait and see. I'd imagine it would still be there as it's on the road car aswell

The reason is.....actually there is no reason. The bulge will still be there.
FG01 was holomogated with the bulge, so they should be racing to that spec.
The illustration just doesn't convey it, that's all.

In reading the Article it now where says that Wall is driving with Coulthard, I would also envisage that Patrizzi's contract has him constantly in the Supply Direct Car.

I assume you are thinking that Wilson Security Racing is only the Wislon Car, WSR is the new name for the whole team, will no longer be called PCR.
