But the C30 is still in the pipe, perhaps for part 2 of the ERC season…

There seems to be a lot of controversies around the Bel/Hol championship races!! Kuypers drives on an Italian license cos of what he may have said to the stewards?!?! Chris van Woensel fans threatened to storm Eklund at the grid. Pauwels got his price as the 2009 Belgian champion, and all of a sudden he is not??? And moore!!
I don’t say the decision is wrong. But the timing sure is!!! |

Great News for ERC and especially Lydden..........
Tanner Foust has confirmed the three European Rallycross Championship rounds he will enter in 2010. The multi-talented driver, who is best known for his stunt driving skills and drifting, will contest the opening round at Montalegre in Portugal at the end of April before travelling to Lydden Hill in the UK this May and Sweden’s round at Höljes in July. Original reports suggested that Foust, who will use the championship as practice for the first American rallycross events to be staged later this year, would enter four ERC rounds in 2010. He will however still compete at the wheel of an OlsbergsMSE Ford Fiesta. Speaking earlier in the year, Foust said, “The European rounds are a great opportunity for me to get a handle on this sport before it comes to America. When the sport debuts in the US later this year, I’ll be ready to go.” |

Yep the car looks brilliant! But changing your champion predictions is a bit strong! I'd struggle to say that Ludvig would win one round! Its just so competitive!

OMSE had a media launch today. The 2010 cars have a new front and a new livery. Pics from the event here http://www.svartamasken.com/visa_galleri.asp?id=1232
ESPN will be broadcasting the ERC race’s that Tanner Foust runs. Is that a premier for RC in American TV? |

I still don't like that new car quite as much as I do the Mk.6 rallycross Fiesta, but its still an incredible looking car. Wheres the orange gone though?!
As a minor topic deviation, it has to be said that the Fiesta makes a great looking rallycross and rally car. The S2000 Fiesta is, in my opinion, the best looking of all the S2000 cars. |

And will that be better? I always find it funny they start buying a car by X, than have it rebuild or reshelled by Y... Helga was Ingvar / Trollspeed, but last year he used another engine builder and now another car maker... Color scheme looks good though!

Sorry if I`ve missed it elsewhere, but is there any news on Pinomaki, I cannot see him on the Portugal entry list?

Pinomaki hasn't got the budget, he's try to raise some cash for selected rounds/ 2011. I suppose the Mad Croc money has gone to Petter Solberg and OMSE.

A part of the Mad Crock money went to Kjel Arne Smerud, and from Smerud to OMSE.

What is changed to the Citroën engines? First it was T16 / Rallyeraid based, than it was supposed to be WRC based, but now there is a new engine strategy? XU10 based?
