Steve Owen Kiwi bound.
With Paul Radisich unable to continue his challenge for the NZV8 Championship this season, for obvious reasons, we look forward to having the 'honourary Kiwi' Steve Owen step into the "Rats" shoes here in NZ.
Steve is to test here at Taupo next Tuesday prior to his NZV8 debut at Pukekohe 3 days later. With drivers of the caliber of David Besnard and Steve Owen, running in this years Championship, Australia is well represented. Besnard and Owen will be up against Series joint leader Kayne Scott [along with Paul Radisich] John MacIntyre, Craig Baird Andy Booth and Angus Fogg, etc. Despite the economic doom and gloom, 30 NZV8's will form up on the grid on the 8th and Ninth of November, at Pukekohe, including Julia Huziff the onle woman yet to compete in New Zealand's premier race series. |

I've always been a fan of Steve Owen so it's great he got a decent ride in the series. I'd encourage him to take that opportunity to do well and keep his name out there.

Hi Axeman444, I can not take the credit for running Steve, as he is driving for an opposition team [Tracer Motorsport] never the less we welcome him to the Series. |

For the record my team MPM, run Kayne Scott, who jointly shares the championship lead here in New Zealand, with Paul Radisich, after round one. Trust that all makes sense. Mark Petch. |

Can I suggest you all read the previous posts a little more carefully?? Mark Petch run MPM, with Kayne Scott at the wheel. They are joint first with Tracer Motorsport, who have Steve Owen to replace the injured Rat. and breathe. |

I guess this one didnt come true Marky Mark, but not for a lack of trying.
Steevieo couldnt find the $700,000 Aussie dinero to put his bum in the Team Kiwi Racing rocketsled. He might have a drive at Holden Really Terrible but only if Marky Mark Skaife doesnt come back Maybe Steevieo can be Dean Fiore's Bathurst codriver? I love you Marky Mark Petch! |
