He's back-but not in a V8, rather a Ferrari. Doesnt matter what car he's driving, it'll be great to see him back racing.
Correction

he IS in a V8, the ferrari has one of those.

AND, he'll be driving a real race car, a proper Supercar even.

One that has more camshafts than doors.

Yes I know that the Ferrari has a V8, i meant V8 as in short for V8 Supercar which he normally drives and if you've noticed where I usually post in this subforum you'd know which one I think is the true supercar.

Jason, will be driven a Fujitsu, Greg Murphy racing. story on Speedcafe,
http://www.speedcafe.com.au/2011/03/...8-in-adelaide/

This is great news, subject to how he feels after practice, This is a positive step in the brain telling cancer to &*%^#$$.

as Fordie, all I can say is GO JASE.

All I would hope is that Mr Richards doesnt over do it, and tire himself out prematurely... There is an option of not running the Fujitsu car if he isnt up to it... that someone is around Mr Richards who will pull him out of the car if driving it is an inhibitor to the recovery path

Well done to Jason - winner of the Development Series Race 1 according to the NZ radio news.

Interesting that the story said that he spent last night in hospital. This would have to rate as the ultimate comeback!!

Many congrats on the race win to Jason, but very sad to hear his real battle is not going as well as hoped, and perhaps not as well as the 'good news' racing return perhaps implied.

Hopefully there is something in the test drug that works well for Jasons particular cancer and the next news we hear re his condition is more positive.

Got to say, great mental strength he is showing, which will help him in the next stages and future battle.

I think that enjoying the racing will make him feel better, which all helps the battle. Keep fighting Jason, and look after yourself.

The mental health is one of the biggest battles with "C". If Jase can find enjoyment and win, then hopefully the rest of the body will feel good as well.

Keep going Jase,

Great to see, This should give Jase a boost before the next round of treatment.

V8SI should put " SAY no To CANCER" all al car windscreens in support of Jase.

keep going Jase.

And Bargs should be given some honourary role too for stepping aside.

Lovely to see by all concerned at BJR

It was great to see the crowd where I was cheering and clapping JR on Saturday evening when he went past after the chequered flag, made my day to see such a wonderful thing happen.
