phdm should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Early 80s European Touring Car Championship - looking for drivers and photos

I am looking for current contact details of following italian drivers who competed in the European Touring Car Championship in the early eighties:
- Marcello Cipriani
- Daniele Toffoli
- Massimo Siena

I am also looking for photographs of a red BMW 528i raced by the above drivers in the following races in 1983:
- Monza - 20/03/83 - unknown number - car finished 14th
- Vallelunga - 10/04/83 - n° 13
- Mugello - 22/05/83 - n° 10
- Brno - 12/06/83 - n° 18
- Nürburgring - 10/07/83 - n° 132

not sure how to post up a link but there's a red 528i but for gp A in '82 for sale in the CTCCC classifieds - might be the one??

Those names ring a few bells.

I remember Siena and Cipriani pedalling Alfa GTV6's in mid 80's, possibly either Jolly Club/Imberti or Luigi prepared cars?

Might have driven an ex Eggenberger Bimmer 635 that Cibiemme took over in the '86 or '87 ETC.

Blimey they're certainly names to conjer with like; Giorgio Francia, Lella Lombardi, Axel Felder, Dagmar Suster etc...
