British GP Support Race
Historic Formula One to provide support race at British Grand Prix.
Thanks to the efforts of FIA Historic Motor Sport Commission President, John Hughes and our own Joaquin Folch, I am delighted to announce that I received confirmation yesterday that Bernie Ecclestone has invited HFO to provide a support race at the British Grand Prix to be held at Silverstone on 6th – 8th July. This is a rare opportunity and a fantastic endorsement of HFO by Bernie, a long-time supporter of HFO. Entries will be accepted on a first come, first served basis with the proviso that under FIA Championship regulations, we are obliged to give preference to drivers challenging for the Championship at that point in the season. Nonetheless, it is good to see that something historic is at the GP. I'm of an age when we always had a historic race at the GP. The Yoeman Credit series comes to mind.

Great news, hope they get a big grid and lots of variety. Unfortunately (or not) I'll be at the Le Mans Classic.
