I really dunno his salary for next year but this year he was among the top salaries. That's the prize Benetton has to pay for keeping such an extremely good driver.
In dollars? Uhmmm something like $8 million I guess.

Fisichella was the second highest earner next to Schumacher in 2000.

His contract says that he gets an increase in salary every year. I think he is probably on about 16million now, although I could be wrong.

Well I guess he did in that blue dingy he's driving. It ain't exactly a Ferrari or Mclaren right? I guess they have to pay the 18 other fellows something for trying so hard bringing it home fifth and higher.

The height of his salary is also the pay-off of his regrets for signing his racing life in the hands of Flavio. Ferrari wanted him for 1996 and TGF's veto led Lauda to criticism which cost him his function of consultant. I have mixed feelings about that as Ferrari would be great for him but on the other side because of TGF teammate-oppression he wouldn't have shone the way he did in the inferior cars in the seasons after that. So his salary isn't that high for nothing and probably reflects the way he stands among his fellow drivers, coz he's definitely among the top 5 of the field.

Maybe its time tems put there foot down on that kind of behaviour, as TGF displayed, so that people like Fisi can shine. Aren't there harrassment laws which cover bullying in the workplace.

Id love to see an event each year called Driver Swap Meet.
Where top drivers race the Minardi or Arrows or Prost. Have Mazzacane in TGF's car and get Panis racing that McLaren. Do this once every season. Almost like reverse grid but reverse car. People would love that. Bring back the underdog, add surprise.

TGF? Presumably it means "That German F**ker", or something similar
