Lustigson should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Here's a new track of mine. I'm quite happy with it -- tell me what you think!

CG, heres what i would do.

Besides, i dont like your bypassing of the esses section at p´s... They give variety...

Speaking of variety, CG, your track lacked a bit, thats why i put in that section at the end...

Remember my 3 holy sentences :-)

ASCII: No, theyre not too slow, theyre overtaking possibilities...

Well, Lustig's is still brilliant IMO.

Does kinda look like two joined into one though.

It's still great though

Sounds like a big shunt for Ralf. Looks like he's OK though. At Lesmo one apparently, and guess what? In my old Monza update, i moved those corners back to accomodate more run-off

I've further perfected my most recent design. Updated the barriers, changed the shortcut of the northern club circuit a bit, added pit buildings and grandstands.

I dont understand why the kinks in that long back straight have to be so pronounced. They slow down a bit...

Well... that's the fun part: they're quite a challenge to take as fast as you can.

Nice, but i would tighten turn 7 (the long left hander behind the West circuit pits)for overatking.

I did a really good update to Le Mans Bugatti today, i'll try and scan it in later.

It includes straightening the Dunlop Chicane a bit, and removing the stupid alterations they made to the hill down to the Esses.

I also did a really good fantasy track, that looks strikingly like Sebring. But i only noticed that when i stood up from my bed to look at the track from further away....
Very fast, difficult, with two pitlanes, and 9 different track layouts
The full track has 21 corners!

Right, scanned in the track

It's about 4 miles long i guess, certainly not less than that.

So, beginning at T1...

T1 Comes off a long-ish straight, it's a 4th gear left, flowing immediately into T2 then shifting down to 3rd for T3.
Heading onto a straight past the man made lake, and then round the top of it for a 3rd gear long, left hander.
Heading through a flat out T5, but then breaking heavily for turns 6 7 and 8, which get faster, and then tighten up into T9. Heading down a short straight into the esses at T10, 11 and 12. These are 4th gear. Onto another short straight, through a flat out right at T13, then shifting down from 7th to 5th for a tricky T14. Down a long straight, into a slow, tight second gear chicane for turns 15-17, this is an overtaking spot, and the exit is tight to slow cars into the following few turns. Heading down into a flat out maybe right hander, onto the tracks longest straight where speeds of 200mph+ are attained.
This leads into the fast and treacherous Amphitheatre section. A fast, fast right hander going immediately into a tighten 4th gear corner, which opens out into the final tighter 3rd gear left at T21. Approx lap time 1m45

No need to change much to this track, it's (almost) perfect.
