Race German GP cancelled

Seems that for the second year running, the German GP has been canned by the FIA.

Ouch. Kinda like the German GP. Wonder now that with a 20 round calendar, does that mean teams drop the fifth power unit?

As F1 fans, whenever we need somebody to do the right thing for the sport they always come up short. We need to take stock, hate ken and water many seeds.

This is ridiculous. There are plenty of Grand Prix that could be dropped from that add nothing to the congested calendar, yet they get rid of another classic venue. It's venues like that that are one of the few reasons for still watching F1

I guess it says much about the current state of F1 that we don't think it's a joke, quite believable - but that's what you get if the promoter of F1 says it's not worth watching and he wouldn't pay to go to a race himself.....
