I heard there is a karting circuit somewhere in Miami, anyone know where it is? The only interesting places I have found are an American Football stadium and a skatepark which has lots of ramps by the way

to get the Go-Kart go to Coral Gables (it should be on the map) in Miami and fnid the Biltmore Hotel. Go to the right of the hotel and look for a passage that is surfaced with grass, it should be next to the car park at the right of the hotel, now look for a tunnel enterance, go through it untill you get into a kind of courtyard thing with a closed gate, now get out of your car and go up a set of stairs, be carefull here and get your gun ready because there is a man called Timmy Vercielli guarding the switch and he has a machine gun, shoot him down, then go over to the switch and press L1, now go back to your car and go through the now opened gate into the next area, turn left into a tunnel and when you come out of the tunnel drive straight ahead and the circuit is there. there is a Kart in the Pit lane once you get in the car a timer comes up on the screen and another Karter starts and races you. The track is full of sharp bends, fast bends, straights and banked curves. the next time you go back Timmy Vercielli shouldnt be there. If you total your Kart there is usualy some cars in a car park Just next to the circuit.

I crash cars, find secret cars, blow up stuff, get chased by the police. What do you think of the original driver?

I prefer the Grand Theft Auto titles for blowing stuff up. I have the earlier Driver games for the Playstation, and they were alright but I wasn't much good at those either!

It's good being chased by the police though. In Nice I accidentally drove off a cliff, and sadly died.

I tried that this evening, the kart doesn;t handle very well. It;s just like the other cars on the game, although I suppose that was predictable.

I put in some passwords this afternoon too and went on istanbul for the first time. There's a car that is similar in appearance at least to a very old racing car. I decided to blow it up, just for fun.

Yes. Just search on google for PS2 cheats, and find cheats for Driver 3. There's one for invincibility, one to complete all the missions for you (hence the opening of Istanbul), one to unlock all weapons and one to unlock all cars.

The whole point of computer games (in my opinion at least) is to have fun, and if that means blowing up cars rather than completing the missions, that doesn't concern me in the slightest!

random destruction is the point of these games isn't it.
