Tickets available
Is it really a hardship to cough up £8 for a ticket (based on splitting the cost between two of you, and one using your 'free' ticket in orange?) I think I have asked for a spare ticket once for a clubbie at Thruxton. But i really wouldn't have a problem buying that extra ticket if someone was showing that much interest. After all, if the money doesn't come in through the gate, then there might not be a race the next time? Just my thoughts, I'll crawl back under my rock now. Hopefully Cowchap will read my PM just sent to him, and update his request here. It is for a worthy cause, but I'll let him tell you about that himself.
As for my sentiments on the general asking for tickets on here? Well, that still stands. I seem to recall a seperate thread somewhere that talked about setting up an 'Anyone got Tickets' sub-forum (similar to 'Marshals Needed') If that were the case, then it would certainly get my vote. |

It is difficult to put the reasons for my request on a public forum, the tickets are'nt for me but for some young adults who rarely if ever get the chance of a day out-I have tried various organizations for free tickets but with no success so if anybody can help I would be extremely grateful
