A Facebook post by the RR organisers confirms that RR 2018 will be a week later than Excel - which certainly makes sense.

The release also claims that RR had a record attendance (21K) and the auction took more than £1M more than last year.

Four of us made the RR trip on the friday, easy to park/get in etc. not a bad show & a little better than previous years. Came away happy with a few goodies.

Sunday morning 10 of us go up to Excel on train (no probs, suprise suprise)
All get in on E' tickets thanks to our friends at QUINTECH

Motorsport side was the show for us, the polished to death cars the other side didn't float our boats, certainly not the Classic car show that floated all our boats.

Looks like both shows have now confirmed 2018 dates-

Excel 15th to 18th February (assuming HMI and Classic show combined again.)

Race Retro 23rd to 25th February

So with any luck we won't be having to repeat this thread!
