Track Day/Sprint Roll Cage ?
Im currently in the process of building a track day car, Im also planning to try my luck with a few sprints too, does any body know if a "Half Roll Cage" will be sufficient ? I dont really want to have to go through the expense of having a full cage fitted. Also is there any preference over weld in cages or bolt in cages ?
Many Thanks Simon. |

After the overwhelming response to this possibly "stupid" question,Ive come to the following decision:
Sell the golf as an "uncompleted project" for £550 Buy a Peugeot 205 Gti Do some track days and sprints Dont bother with the cage. Cheers Simon. |
