RHR at Iowa

Looks like Andretti Autosport will give him anotehr race...I wonder if they picked up a small check just to run him, or if they're doing it out of their own pocket since he is 6th in points.

Good to see him get another race in.

Yes good to see... I think he's the best they've got right now. I say give Marco the boot and put RHR in, but that probably won't happen will it?

Andretti Autosport made it official with a news release today.

Ethanol USA will sponsor RHR this weekend.

Makes sense.

They and the Iowa Corn Producers are the big sponsors for the Iowa race, and they sponsored him when he was with Rahal Letterman Racing.

They couldn't renew their sponsorship when the bottom fell out of the ethanol industry and many producers shut down...That's whay Rahal Letterman hasn't been running an IRL program excpt for Indy the past couple of years.

Yannick should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Ryan Hunter-Reay took the Ethanol car to victory lane at Watkins Glen not too long ago. What are chances like he'll be able to do that this year again?

It would be nice for him to race, but Adam Carroll is confirmed for Watkins Glen at Andretti Autosport, and I have a hard time envisioning the team bringing five cars. Plus, if Ethanol could afford a substantial sponsorship program, I'd imagine they would have already been on a car. It seemed like a one-off deal just at Iowa because of the race sponsor and location.

Bluewolf has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
It's unbelievable that someone who has won a race this season cannot get sponsorship for the rest of the season -- to me that speaks to a lack of TV ratings -- not many watching = not many interested sponsers.
