2012 Belgium GP
Not sure where else to go with this. I purchased tickets for the race in June and still don't have delivery. The company doesn't answer the phone or e-mails. Their phone message area is full so you can't leave a message. It is Spa-Tickets.be.
Anyone else having this problem? |

sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but a quick look at that site suggests it appears to be part of a dutch company that has ceased to exist recently:
http://www.motorsport.com/f1/news/6-...-for-spa-race/ the best thing to do might be to contact the circuit directly, or check the original publications quoted in the article to see whether they had any instructions for customers of the company. |

Oops!
Sorry a bit flippant there. I hope people get things sorted but it doesn't look good. Last edited by Peter Mallett; 15 Aug 2012 at 15:06. |

Lots of people in the same boat here, some have managed to get refunds from the credit card issuer, but lots of useful information. http://www.f1fanatic.co.uk/groups/go...page=11&num=15 |

excellent link (even if it's to another forum ), thanks steevp.
going to your credit card company first sounds like the best bet, at least in the short term. |

"Spa Grand Prix" is actually the official promoters website and there is a link to this website on the circuit's official website. Always book with official site or Formula1.com. Sadly, the website you had problems with appears to look 'official' even selling hotel/travel packages, and is one of the first google results if looking for Spa tickets.
Depending on when and how you payed, you might be able to get a refund from you're credit card provider, and the Website "Spa Grand Prix" which is official does have Gold 1, Gold 2, Gold 3, Gold 6, Gold 9 (good god, shows how unpopular the BGP is becoming), Silver 1, Silver 2, Silver 3 and Bronze general admission tickets. If you wish to pick it up at the track then Formula1.com has plenty of tickets. |

SpaGrandPrix.com now shows all ticket choices on their website as sold out!! I hope this is to stop double booking while they try and resolve the issue.
