WELL I've been in word fights in the last couple of days . but no doubtabout it spain should tell all & give a insight for season 2001 the TC subject is out in the open all should know if someone/anyone has been cheating so to speak . looking foward it like to hear your thoughs

OK, I'll give it a try:

• If team A suddenly comes foreward, they obviously are faster because of TC, so they haven't used TC before, which proves that they have not cheated.
• If team B suddenly drops back, they obviously don't have a TC-system ready, so they probably didn't have one in the past, which proves that they have not cheated.
• If team C suddenly comes foreward, that proves that they have had TC worked out already, which implies that they probably have tested it during previous races, which proves that they have been cheating.
• If team D suddenly drops back, that proves that they don't have the benefit that TC should give them, which proves that they have been cheating.
• If team E ends up in the same position they had before, that means that they must have had TC before, which proves that they have been cheating.
• If team F ends up in the same position they had before, that means that they have the same benefit from the introduction of TC that the other teams have, which proves that they have not been cheating.

And of course,

• If driver X suddenly comes foreward, that proves that he couldn't control his car good enough without TC, which proves that he is a bad driver.
• If driver Y suddenly comes foreward, that proves that he is better than the rest once all illegal TC-systems have been rendered useless, which proves that he is a good driver.
• etc...
