Thank you, Samurai! I was going to link that article in this post to ask for translating clarification. The google translate had me unsure if they were making a larger or smaller tire. 330 from 300 it is.

wow, so the team maintains the same engine for the new car? I heard the spare parts for the engine began to scarce (as the RV8K engine is no more used).

I was wondering that too if Team apr have one or two spare RV8K engines should the first one got busted?

Anyways, glad that the Prius is back while having the engine amid-ship. Now then, who's wants a Hatsune Miku x µ's collaboration for Goodsmile Racing and Pacific Racing Team? Oh wait, there's one except that it's not related to racing!

Regarding the Prius, this new model looks a bit awkward. The older model looked must cleaner to me.
Well, maybe I will change my opinion once it is on track. Also, interesting to see the RV8K being used.

Hmm, here's an interesting one:

According to today's Sport-Auto Super GT will be moving away from the DTM-based cars in 2018 - the reason being supposedly their dissatisfaction with DTM's reluctance to adopting the 2.0T engines.

The new top-class would be souped up GT3s.

Don't have a problem with moving away from the DTM based cars, not sure what they can do to the GT3's to make them on par with the current GT500 speed. But that actually makes me want to see what they come up with!

Somebody mentioned in this forum that the ACO wants to GTE/GTLM (GTP) in the LMP2 pace in a few years.
The Super GT teams wants to go to the 24 hours of Le Mans, perhaps the GT500 rules should be like the future GTE/GTLM (GTP).

Well, glad that the JAF/GTA managed to move away from the DTM farce in 2018! Let's hope that they'll move to GTE/GTLM for GT500 class, should ACO/FIA/IMSA managed to retain that class beyond 2018.

Found some news at the Super GT reddit in regards to the SRO/GTA collaboration. Let's hope that GT300 cars can race at the 12 Hours of Sepang since GT3 will allow hybrid drivetrains in the future.

As if GT3 isn't unrestricted enough already!

....I still want the resulting cars to come to PWC as well.
