Auriga should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Champion Of Brands 2012

I would like to say a big 'Thanks' to James Beckett for all of his work behind the scences on the Champion of Brands FF1600 series. A strong start to the year (19 cars) was had at Brands Hatch on Saturday with some cracking FF1600 racing (as ever!). Lets hope the grids can keep growing for the next round on 2 June. I for one will definately be there!!

Yes, a massive congratulations to James for a great start to the season. It was a brilliant turn out for round one and fingers crossed this can be the best CoB series yet. The racing, as ever, was fantastic, putting on a great show for the crowd. There were a lot of good drives throughout the field so well done to all the drivers. I can't wait for round two.

Call Neil Fowler for your Lola 342 wishbone; he will be able to sort them for you

Didn't take Mr Alexander long to get on the pace

Did anyone have their rollover bar's questioned by the scrutineers?

Thanks PD88!! There are still a few cobwebs to be blown out! I'm sure some young, good looking driver would have gone even quicker! It was fantastic to be back in a FF1600 though, just proper racings cars!

No problems with roll over hoops, having been at Donington last weekend for the HSCC meeting and seeing the problems first hand, I have been in touch with the MSA and various scrutes and it seems the rules have not changed, just a misunderstanding after the 'blue book' wording was changed slightly.

Dulon - If Neil Fowler cannot help with the lola wishbones try Chris Fox at Huntingdon, it would be great to have another car out!

...........that's where I've been going wrong; I'm old, fat and ugly

Glad to hear the Rollover bar issue is sorted; didn't fancy having my Reynard chopped about!
