isnt bathurst always in 3D, doubt it could get any more life like :-)

Foxtel are showing the AUS vs NZ round ball game in 3D tonight on it's Ch200 for those with a 3D TV and the full Foxtel HD package.

I hope the mini's are taking part at bathurst.... I wanna experience being hit in the face by one as it comes sliding towards me on its roof accelerating all the time before climbing the fence... all from the comfort of my lounge room...

Will Davison’s #22 Toll Holden Racing Team Commodore VE became the first motor car in the world to run 3D cameras inside a race car at Hidden Valley Raceway last weekend.

The pair of ‘Go Pro’ cameras were trialed in three different positions inside the Commodore – on the dash, looking up at Davison on the driver’s side of the car and looking over his shoulder on the passenger’s side....

The #22 Toll HRT Commodore will again run the new technology at Townsville in three weeks time where they will try to do a world-first live transmission.

It takes two cameras to create the 3D TV images. The idea behind these trials is for a possible full-on debut at the Bathurst 1000 on the Seven Network’s 3D channel.
