Al - I was trying to combine the two threads!!

And I thought they'd be more chat while I was holidaying in the sun last week.

I've had to put plans back a bit due to more work coming in (damned emergency services!!), and delays getting dry-break refuelling kit for it.

Picking up the new axle this week, then getting the prop modified to suit as soon as I get the axle fitted and measured up.

New rims haven't turned up yet, either.

Rob.

One good thing. New rims are here. Now to get some Michelins.......

Axle should be ready next week, around weds.

And I've managed to shuffle some work around so I can get a day on the car!!!

Followed by a day's testing to iron out some bugs.

Best get an entry in I think....

Make sure the Michelins haven't got USA GP stamped on the sidewall!

Lydden races will be split if sufficient entries are in by the closing date. It is a very busy meeting with all the classic saloons and single seaters. Not sure which classes in T&R will run together this time. Claire Williams is the meeting secretary, don't make her life difficult send that entry off now. The one after is at Snetterton which is an HQ meeting.

haggispeed has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
Ref the Aug Lydden meeting, does anyone know if the BARC-SE Single Seaters will get a race ?, have left Claire a message but nothing back yet. I presume if the TRC grids are overflowing and with the BARC Classic formulae there they may not ??
What have the Single Seater grids been like this year ?

Had 17 at Stowe, 16 entered for Brands this Saturday (space for more, entries still available via Claire). Lydden depends on response for August 6th (busy day). There is a couple of races at Stowe on July 17th and Lydden on Sept.17th. Likewise enter now please.

Just emailed Claire for the entry forms for Lydden 6th Aug - the last ones I have are for Croix - and for everything after it.

Rod - July 17th - Stowe? Lydden Sept 17th? ce?

I've got Lydden for Sept 10th (Oval Race Weekend), and Stowe for Sept 24th.

Rob

Thx Rod. Unfortunately can't make Brands. Lydden Sept 17 might be a possible but championship rounds either side of it so will have to see.

Rob, I was answering the question about the single seaters, they have some dates which are different to T&R. Track and Race next round is Lydden 6th August (although some cars will be on display at Brands July 31st for the MSN 50th bash), then its Snetterton Aug 20/21, Lydden Sept 10th (lots of V8s that day....Camso type from Europe), Stowe 24th Sept and then Brands Nov.19th.
