Yes this round has been VERY popular...bearing in mind the average DMN grid has been 27 this season we've actually has something like 40 potential entries...and then the tintops is a bumper grid for this meeting too!

Richard sent his entry in time (he thought), but receipt of his entry was delayed considerably by the recent postal strike; so much for the rule of regular racers take priority over occasional racers! This situation needs to be addressed urgently as it was entirely out of his control.

So is the grid full then or will Richard get his entry!

Full and 10 reserves already, so unless the "preference is given to regulars" rule is applied he won't get a run.

I cant see why that rule wont be applied, Richards been a regular competitor and supporter of the championship for years, surely its for moments just like this?

So which one of the ALREADY accepted entries is not going to race to allow this? And who's going to tell them?

As Graham says it's too late once the entries have closed.

Of course that would depend how far down the reserve list Richard is.

Because they want to see a championship decided on track rather than in the mail?!!??

Just a guess.

TTRS had a few spaces left (as of the 18th) as they were running an extra grid, if anyone was desperate for track time - 20min qually and 2 x 30min races for £250.

Well Graham it certainly seems to have livend up the DMN debate if nothing else.

Me, as long as the rolling road goes ok today on the Escort I am off to Spa for this weekend, also closed the firm down and have taken the whole lot with me,and will as normal put my entry in for Silverstone when I get back,
Tim will vouch for that.
See you lot have no diplomacy, all you have to do is bribe Sue with a nice red wine or claret, she then nags Rod who has a go at Chezza, job done,(well thats the way it works in my household) Hope the shoulder has mended ok Sue.

The Finals mention Venue access/parking on attached schedule which is not there - is paddock parking a free for all for us then?
