Obizzz should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
I found an old article saying it was ok for 20 cars. They split the V8 Thundercars field into two groups that year since they were running ~30 cars.

The track changes slighty each year since it's rebuilt for that weekend only so I guess they could probably plan ahead for 20 cars or more.
