May not be too early to discuss the entry list of the race eve thought there are 2 months to go as plenty of news already revealed (and news which probably conflict about it).

After Berger told to autosport FIA pushing for closer of Macau F3 role we not yet to seen any big changes.However that would be biggest flight on slot for recent years.Downsize from 30 to 28 since last year but we have plenty team announced their plan from different championships:ATS team such as Motopark joining the field making vacancies from existing FIA F3 Euro even more harder.Moreover we have 2 or 3 returnees planning /confirmed for the blue riband race: Merhi confirmed,Da Costa and Sainz received offer from Red Bull and Will Buller's closed to last BF3 race also hinted from Macau Return too.However latest Caterham's offer make changes to Merhi and Sainz?

in current FIA F3 Europe competitors Max Verstappen was the first confirmation on Macau F3 Participation during Red Bull Junior announcement but later on he confirmed as STR 2nd driver ,would it cause his scrap off like what Kvyat did last year?Championship leader Ocon should be leading the field as his last F3 Race.

All-Japan F3 Champion using new 2.0 DSI Engine from last year and that'll be first race to gather new generation engine.6 Cars from 3 teams speculated logged their entry to Bland. BF3/ATS F3 driver Sam Macleod driving for TODA Racing this weekend in Japan mean he has possibility running in Macau F3 with same package .TOM'S may hire foreign driver for Macau one off same as yr 11 and 12 as their japanese proetege has no experience in Macau at all.Would 12 months development time foward make the race different?

Would like to see Lynn, Stanaway and Mardenborough competing to see how they compare to Ocon and Verstappen.

FIA must use Macau as a means to keep rebuilding F3 and get the best drivers possible involved.

Can't imagine Mardenborough would really compare, but he's very versatile. He'll probably end up becoming a sports car ace with his skills. Stanaway and Lynn however...

Lynn supposed to race in Thurxton British F3 is kind of make he eligible for Macau F3 Race,however Red Bull advised him to concentrate on GP3 make he miss the chance to get macau ticket this moment.

In fairness AFdC did that last year. And will he do it again? Any chance that the domestic F3 drivers will get a go, despite all bar the Japanese championship limping on...

And have the upper hand on Sainz when choosing team for GP2(the DAMS rookie seat). Assuming Sainz isn't paying his way into Caterham or Marussia.

OMG Forgotten Signature which intended their interest for far east trip before.Will Buller confirmed for Final two event and Macau race seat.

AFAIK 39 Entrant logged and grid limitation remained in 28 therefore 11 will be disappointed

should be okay for eligibility as Julian Bailey has done F1 Race in same year back to 1991,just on Merhi's personal willing

It is obvious that people do not understand what is required to be a good team. The most important is to have a good driver....i.e. Merhi drives for RR and totally dominates Spa....Sims drives for T Sport last year in a one off and wins a Euro F3 round....most of the teams are good and could win with the correct driver.

just mean based on certain driver package over teams at present,that would be better picks over the waiting list,that's it

Zeller Has been working for severall years in collaboration with Mucke , this season Tatianna Calderon is doing well and Team definitly deserves an Entry at Macau GP.

On the other hand i would rather see a 3 car maximum entry at Macau GP in order to leave some space to everybody...

Signature and Motorpark are joining the party too late , for sure full European Campaign would have helped them to be on the entry list.

Sounds like Motopark down to one entry from supposed two .Pommer would be the driver as he is ARS F3 points leader.

Grid looks good. Would be interesting to see how Merhi stacks up against Verstappen and Ocon, and how will Coletti fare? But personally I'm looking to see how well Alex Palou and the Japanese entrants fare, as they aren't tested in fields this good yet.
