Anglesey 2nd December - 2 Cheap Races - Cheaper Testing

Anybody fancying some winter racing need look no further than Anglesey on Sunday 2nd December. Whatever you race, we can probably accomodate you.
Two Races for £150 Entry Fee
Better still is the fact that you can Test on the Saturday for only £75
There will be five different classes catered for. The first three are "what it says on the tin".
1. FF1600 for the Absolute Media Trophy
2. Caterham {type} Sports Cars
3. Upto 2000cc Formula Libre
See below for the explanation of classes 4 and 5
4. Saloon Cars
5. Sports Cars
If you race any Saloon or Sports Car, you can race it at this meeting.
Last time I received about 90 entries under the heading Sports Cars or Saloon Cars - and this was the old Anglesey, not the nice New Anglesey.
I then put the 30 Caterham types together and then lumped all the others together and split them into – what I thought were – “Faster Cars" – Group A and “Slower” Cars Group B, 30 cars in each group
It worked well.
Entries ranged from Historic Imps to a GT2 Porsche.
If you want to see the entry list from 2005, it is on the same document as the regulations and entry form for this years meeting. Just Email me at ff1600.nw@btinternet.com
If you just want the entry form, it is downloadable at http://brsccnw.com/iansmithpage.htm

Don't forget the bigger the entry, the longer the circuit we will use.
At present it is scheduled for the National Circuit, but we can easily move onto the Coastal Circuit, or hopefully the International Circuit.

Are you listening in Ireland?
Receiving you loud and clear Diz! Thoroughly enjoyed our trip there last month, all the drivers raved about the circuit. Will put the word out, and see what happens.

So Who Is Playing Out At This One?

Are you intending to play out at this meeting?
It should be very interesting and a nice change to see cars from different classes competing against each other.
I await your completed entry forms with keen anticipation.
At the moment I appear to have more ladies than gentlemen racing thanks to the Mini Challenge girls fancying a good race meeting rather than Christmas shopping.

OK folks, let's get those entries posted off, or emailed.

It is only four weeks away.

alf has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
just so you know I am intending to race but am just finishing off the car, then its a quick trip to mallory for a shake down, and should be able to send entry.
any idea on numbers, and which track configuration?

Numbers is difficult - they are starting to come in, but most racing drivers expect a comp secretary to be a mind reader - hence my requests for paperwork to wing it's way to me asap.
Config won't be National, probably will be Coastal, but I'd fancy International - but would probably be outvoted from on high on the latter.

No Chris I'm not moaning, just stating the fact that I'm a busy boy and need the paperwork in as soon as.

Yep, I suppose I am moaning. Why should I stop doing one of the few things I am good at.

So who is intending to take advantage of the bargain of the season???

A Test Day and Two Races all for £225

A couple of photos are now up on http://brsccnw.com/ front page photo and link from there to some more. You'll probably see why I didn't put the FF's last, as they don't have lights
Thanks to Steve Jones for the photos.
