About the only thing he is good for. Probably my least favourite current driver. Overly aggressive and just the worst attitude typical of a spoilt kid. What he did to Timur a few years back at Estering (drove him I to a wall totally on purpose) sums him up and I've hated him ever since.

Some of you people really need to get over yourself, was a interesting event with a great designed track and a interesting qualifying system, so it's not "traditional" Rallycross, so ****ing what, it's 2018 things change! Deal with it!

Well said, it's still a great series, which is easy to follow

I guess there are different opinions on Solberg as a team player. What I meant to say was Hyundai needs someone like him as a team principle.
PSRX is a highly professional tem that is in the business of winning races and championships, and they are very good at each and every part of the operation. |

Anyone watch the US coverage from the weekend? I wasn't overly enamoured with the track; couple of little sections were quite good (the joker merge was quite interesting and the cars seemed to be flying through that last chicane), but not a particularly exciting circuit overall.
Gutted for Solberg. Was great to see him back on the pace again (and seeming a bit perkier during interviews), such a shame he lost the lead a couple of corners from the finish. As boring as his domination is, I still think Kristoffersson is a deserving champion. |

Identikit IMG track, they all look the same.
It's just like supercross, the only tracks that are great are when it rains or there is some good space to do something different. It's totally Americanised, not much of a crowd either, thank God! |

Just got it on now, after watching it last night. Interesting event, but shame Solberg made that mistake, he had it in the bag then!

Just saw it now.
Was there any dirt parts in that track at all? Or only hollywood fx dust? And how did they miss that action where Solberg lost P1? You see it happen on the onboard of Ekstrom they were broadcasting right then. |

Well deserved result for Johan, also great to see Petter is getting better. That guy doesn't give up easily!
Good to see EKRX in good shape and Mathias getting some good clean runs in - though I somehow doubt he will be getting any Christmas cards from the Hansens this year. Did anyone get some times from the US cars for comparison? Would be good if the series could be merged - Scott Speed is fun to watch! Sent fra min SM-G955F via Tapatalk |

Kristoffersson is clearly the best but it's getting a bit boring now.

Well, he's certainly had to work for it. Also dominating STCC so I suppose he's proven that he is the real deal?
Next year could get interesting, hopefully EKRX will find backing. Sent fra min SM-G955F via Tapatalk |

Just realized I posted this story in the wrong thread yesterday: GCK will field just two cars in South Africa as the third car is too badly damaged to fix in time. Chichiret and Marklund will be driving, Liam will be watching from the sidelines.

Forgive the double post but I saw this and thought it was a good read:
https://rallycrossworld.com/2018/11/...nt-not-boring/ I disagree that this season has been a classic one, but I do agree that Kristoffersson isn't getting the credit he deserves. |

To beat Kristoffersson and VW, you are gonna need one heck of a driver and probably manufacture support as well.
