[Beef] TwoPpepper Beef with Farfalle

Ingredients: 900g stew beef, cubed
Oil for braising
1 med. Onions, coarse chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
562g(approx) can tomatoes
1 green peppers, cubed
1 red pepper, cubed
1 tbsp oregano
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp water
2 pkgs. Farfalle (Bow tie pasta)
  • Brown beef in oil.
  • Reduce heat and add onion and garlic.
  • Cook until onions are soft.
  • Add tomatoes, peppers, spices and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat, cover and simmer 2 hours.
  • Combine cornflour and water.
  • Stir into beef mixture stirring constantly until thickened
  • Cook pasta al dente.
